Huvsgul in Mongolia is freezing cold just about all the time, with very changeable weather. Also, reportedly, one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is inhabited by the reindeer people, who live in teepees, ride reindeer, and live from their reindeer herds.
Get inthere are several busses that are going from Mörön (aimak-center) to the lake (esp. Khatgal - a little city in the southern shore of the lake).
