Berlin/Lichtenberg-Hohenschönhausen

Lichtenberg-Hohenschönhausen is a district of Berlin.


One can get into Lichtenberg using the S-Bahn or U-Bahn available in Berlin. It is perhaps most convenient to use the S-Bahn from more popular areas Such as Alexanderplatz or Friedrichstrasse. However, the U5 Ubahn from Alexanderplatz will also take you to Lichtenberg. The stop you will want to get off at is S + U Bahnhof Lichtenberg. It is about a 15-20 minute journey when coming from the center of Berlin. A taxi can also be used, but it is quite a long distance, and it is much cheaper to simply purchase a day ticket for the Mass Transit system.
